In August 2022, Richemont, FARFETCH and Alabbar announced a landmark agreement, which will turn YNAP

into a neutral industry-wide platform, thereby accelerating the digitalisation of the industry. It will also enable Richemont Maisons to realise their Luxury New Retail' vision. The agreement is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to complete before the end

of calendar year 2023.
